Where are your products made?
We manufacture all our products in our Toronto studio.
Why are you made to order?
Made to order allows us to not only regulate our production better but our quality as well. It also means we can keep waste to a minimum, thus being more ethically and environmentally conscious.
When will I receive my items?
Once an item is purchased, it takes 2-3 weeks to manufacture. When the items are completed it will take 1-2 weeks for the item to arrive depending on where you are located.
Will I be notified when my items are ready?
Yes. We will email you when the items are completed, shipped, and delivered.
How do I care for my garments?
for garment care, please follow the instructions on the label.
What currency is displayed on the website?
All of our products are displayed in Canadian Dollars.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We ship worldwide using Canada Post. We offer complimentary shipping on all purchases.
Which Payment Methods do you Accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. All payments are secured by a third party.
what is your returns policy?
We offer 30 day complimentary returns. Simply email office@sahramanzari.com to request a return label and we will email it to you. Attach it to any box and drop it off at your local post office and we will refund you once we receive the items. We do not offer exchanges.
